My Life be like....

ohhh waaa ohhh. That dumb song has been in my head...thanks Katie!
Anyways... so we've been having some nice weather off and on here and so Kaylee and I have been able to go outside a little bit. Kaylee loves coloring with chalk (or just holding it, running around with it, getting it all over herself and MAYBE putting one line on the sidewalk!) haha its been fun! She has also been RE-introduced to her swing that she didn't really like as a baby but now loves since her sister is in it :) She also says EVERYTHING. She is our little parrot. What you say, she says....and I've learned that the hard way. She told me the other morning, "Mommy 'ome on, Kealy hungy affles." And earlier in the tub one day after I asked her to clean up her toys she said, "No, mommy neam up Kealys toys." YEA! So we really can't use the "we can't understand what you are saying" excuse. She makes it pretty clear and we love it. We are truly amazed everyday by her! Thats our Kaylee!

For sweet little pumpkin Kennady she has just been cuter than ever. We know she is just on the brink of smiling, only waiting for her Shepherd family to come see her! She even already busted out the sad face. Gets us everytime! Her cheeks seem to grow everyday too which is fine by me, the more to sqeeze!!
We even have a strange bearded man living in our house in place of my husband. We're not sure where this man came from but he is sure mysterious...Hey Beardy where's Shane?

Video for my mom

I apologize for the crying in it...

Lately we've been...

snuggling,
(also considered squishing, poking and "please be soft sweetie" time)

teaching,
(who doesn't need to know how to use the phone at 6 wks of age these days)

playtime's,
baths,

matching outfits,

Laziness,vacations,
(Cedar City was fun guys. We love ya'll...and In N Out!)

parties,
(We miss you Wismans, I mean Wisemans-haha)

curiosity,
(whatcha doing down there mom?)

fake crying,
accidents,
(Kennday you can't pull off without notice!)

waiting for Daddy to come home,

getting some sleep,

copying,

miracle salon trips,
(YES-no more yellow!)

Just to remind you of the daffodil yellow color it was! WOW!
And some just down right cuteness,
(yes I am biased!)

We've had some good ol' times lately! We are happy and blessed to have such great friends and family. Hope 2009 continues just like this....and I promise to blog better!

Meeting Uncle Johnny

My brother came into town this weekend and was able to meet little Kennady. It was great seeing them together because he was on his mission in Mexico when I got pregnant and had Kaylee. So at least this time he saw the action first hand :)

It was great to see you Johnny. Come back and visit us again soon and bring the rest of the family!!!

1 month old

1 month check up and she is 9 lbs 8 oz 21 in
A perfect Princes in Training
*Dr. Clayton said that not me :)

*Here is Kaylee at 1 month. Resemblance- yes or no?

I cannot believe that our newborn baby is already 1 month old today. It just makes me so sad how fast the days go. However, even as I am thinking this my sweet little girl is laying on the couch sleeping as I blog...umm maybe I should go cherish the time I have with her :)

We have thoroughly enjoyed our two sweet girls and are getting use to this family of four business. Man it takes forever to get ready these days!! But both girls are adorable, Kaylee still loves being the helpful big sister and Kennady is getting use to things here around the Pack house!

Cleaning and scrubbing can wait until tomorrow,
because babies grow up, I've learned to my sorrow.
So hush-a-bye cobwebs, dust, go to sleep.
I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep!

(Now I just need to heed this advice!)
