Kennady's Baby Blessing

This post is over due, since Kennady was blessed on the 5th, but I finally unloaded our 4G memory card. It took quite a bit of preparation on our old computer :)

We were able to bless Kennady at the Packs home. In our faith we bless our babies when they are born. It was such an amazing experience. Around 50 of our family and closest friends came. It was so amazing to have so many people we love so much be there for Little Kennady and us.

We feel so blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives. Shane gave such a sweet blessing to his little girl and she was an angel the whole time. Afterward we all enjoyed some yummy food and beautiful weather so overall it was a fantastic day.

I'm A Slacker

So much has happened that I have not blogged about. So here we go!

A. Kennady turned 3 months old on the 4th!! Yeah! She's a keeper. We love you!

B. Grandpa Pack turned 45 :) Of course Kaylee thought the party was for her, what party isn't, and helped Grandpa with his cake. We love you Grandpa Pack!
C. It was having one of those days and just when I thought I was going to scream she said,
K: Heavenly Fahdur. Heavenly Fahdur.
S: Are you praying?
K: I talking to Heavenly Fahdur
S: Oh. Well when we pray we thank Heavenly Father for things.
K: Heavenly Fahdur, thank you.

I love that Child, even when she is evil :)

D. Kaylee's first Easter Egg hunt...the day after Easter! She loved it. We hid them twice!

Yes Kaylee is officially in the independent stage! She tells me this daily as she picks out her own clothes, tells me she's a big "gurl", and as mentioned before is "helping myself mom!" Where did my little baby go. Kaylee is almost 2 and more DIVA than ever! We love it though.


At least I have Miss Kennady Lynn to fulfill my little baby need. She is just absolutely sweet and adorable. She is just smiling more than ever and is starting to laugh and talk constantly. I have to keep a bow or headband on her because she just looks so much like her daddy :)
Also my family was in town for Spring break and we had such a good time with them here. My sisters left yesterday and my mom will leave on Thrusday. I don't know what we are going to do without Mama Shep. Kaylee told me today, as she was putting my nailpolish, her dress and the toothpaste into her bag, "See ya Mama, I going to Cal-a-for-na." Oh really! She is going to be real sad when her Grandma goes, BUT we have had a blast with her here and we'll look forward to the next visit. We had a beautiful Easter day with our family and good friends. Of course we didn't get a picture of our little family, just the girls. Poor Shane and I are chop liver in this house! (That is the dumbest expression BUT so true in our case)

Cal-a-for-na

For weeks if you asked little Miss Kaylee where we were headed she would squint her eyes, smile super big and say CAL-A-FOR-NA! Loved it! So here we are. Like I said before the kids have been sick. Poor Baby K is still pretty congested, but Kaylee is back to her diva self!! The weather is awesome, which I can't say about Utah, and we are having a great time with my family and friends. Don't worry Shane we miss you tons!!! Here are just a few pics.....or tons

Home again, home again jiggity jig

So are we the only family who ALWAYS said that or what. Anywho the girls and I are lucky enough to be in Cali with my family for a little while. Shane is the best! We came home with Katie for her bridal shower and will be coming back with my mom and the girls for their spring break. The weather is great, the company even better BUT the girls are still a little under the weather. YEAH! I love almost 2 year olds when they are sick and grumpy....NOT!

They are on the mend but its been an interesting start to our vacation. Who doesn't love this!Its Kaylee grumpy pants!

Besides the sickness we are so happy to be here. We miss our Papa Pack, but thanks to web cams we "SEE" him every night! So hello In N out and sunshine.....oh how I've missed you!
