A catch up...
1. We are finally home from watching my cousins.
2. We are working on breaking all of Kaylee's bad habits...
3. while also adoring all her new tricks and talents.
4. Shane has started a new job selling health insurance (and just turned 26!)
5. We are deeply saddened by the passing of dear President Hinckley, but are also very grateful for all he has done and are happy that he can now be with his wife.
6. We are trying to put together a crib that is old and has no instructions...it is a puzzle!
7. I am trying to keep up with mommyhood and my sanity while also trying to finish up random crafty projects and such.
AND LASTLY We hope you don't mind the billions of pictures and videos I am going to post with this....
This is how Kaylee gets around for now
While we were watching my cousins Lizzie decided she wanted a baby Kaylee. So she fed her and changed her and even nicknamed her. It was sweet.
Kaylee was laughing at her cousin Lizzie. It was the cutest thing ever.
THE END...for now!

Mother of 6
Well Shane and I are watching my cousins this week and it has been hard work. I went from taking care of 1 little girl to taking care of 6! My cousins are great (the oldest is 16 and the youngest is 5) but it definitely has been different for me. Big dinners with some picky eaters and crazy back roads to school. haha! I am just glad the Lord sends them one at a time :) or at least thats our deal! Thanks McDoanld kids for putting up with me.
I have been missing grown up people for sure. I have also been missing blogging. Just when I feel like I am getting ok at it then I come up here and I go back to my terrible blogger status. Sorry guys, but I do have some fun pics from this week and of course Kaylee has just been a doll. She surely has picked up some bad habits -whinning and not sleeping- but other than those she's great!! So when we get back to our casa on Sunday I will surely share with you all.

The NEW face
So little Miss Kaylee has this new scrunchy nose face. It is pretty funny. She use to do it when she was mad and now she does it when she is happy. We love it. You can see her little teeth and it shows her goofy little personality.
(ps the crown is a joke although our daughter does think she is the queen of the world- a bad habit she picked up at Grandma Shepherd's house)

WAVING & 8 months old
Yeah Kaylee is waving and turned 8 months all in the same day (yesterday-oops). She started by copying Shane the other night. She would open and close her fist like her daddy. Then we showed her the back and forth wave. She caught right on and was waving at everyone in sight. She even started waving to herself in the mirror. It was adorable. Sometimes she waves at random stuff and it kind of scares me, but what can ya do our little girl is just growing up way to fast.

Kaylee and Mama
So Kaylee doesn't say Mama yet but she says NaNa and Shane thinks it means everything from milk to me so it works. SO here are some pics of KiKi and her favorite person! (Sorry Mom and Shane)
